Return & Refund Policy

At Liberty Tiles, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before leaving our facility. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition, free from damage, and packaged in their original wrapping/box.

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.


2. Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team at sales@libertytiles.com or call us at (Your Contact Number) with your order number.

2. Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization along with detailed shipping guidelines.

3. Securely pack the items and ship them back using the designated carrier.


3. Refunds

After verifying and approving the returned products, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and are usually completed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return results from our mistake or a defective item.


4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

For size, color, or design changes, a new order must be placed after returning the original item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and arrange either a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Custom-cut tiles or made-to-order designs

Items not returned in their original condition
