Processing Time

We process all available stock orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you in advance.


Shipping Methods

To guarantee secure and timely delivery, we work with reliable national and regional courier partners. At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose from several shipping methods, including:

Standard Shipping – Cost-effective option, ideal for non-urgent orders.

Expedited Shipping – Faster delivery for time-sensitive projects.

Freight Delivery – For large or palletized tile orders, delivered curbside or to your specified location.


Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary based on product availability, order size, and destination:

Local deliveries: 2–5 business days

Regional deliveries: 5–7 business days

National deliveries: 7–12 business days

Please note that holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect transit times.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location.

Samples are shipped at a reduced rate to make testing affordable.

Large/bulk orders may qualify for discounted freight rates—please contact us for a custom quote.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide photos of the packaging and product for quicker resolution.

3. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we’ll either coordinate a replacement for you or handle the claim process directly with the carrier on your behalf.
